By accessing and using SteelDesk.in ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Services Provided

SteelDesk.in provides the following digital tools for the stainless steel and nickel alloy industry: (a) Weight Calculator — a free tool for calculating material weight; (b) Quote Generator — a tool for generating professional quotations; (c) Tender Alerts — a subscription service for government tender notifications; (d) WPS Generator — a tool for generating welding procedure specifications.

3. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Paid Services

The Weight Calculator is free to use without any account. Paid services (Quote Generator, Tender Alerts, WPS Generator) are available on subscription or per-use pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a RBI-authorized payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate weight calculations, material data, and tender information, SteelDesk.in does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any data provided. Weight calculations are based on standard theoretical formulas and may differ from actual measured weights. Tender data is sourced from official government portals and is provided as-is. Users should always verify critical information from primary sources before making business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SteelDesk.in, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SteelDesk.in and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not: (a) use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the Website; (b) attempt to interfere with the Website's security or functionality; (c) resell or redistribute our data or services without authorization; (d) use the services for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

SteelDesk.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools and services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from inaccurate weight calculations, missed tenders, or incorrect WPS parameters. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use paid services ceases immediately. We may also discontinue any service at any time with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
